Recruitment Experience:
- Successful Temporary Foreign Worker Programs, targeted recruitment fairs with in excess of 80% fill rates, creation and implementation of Employee Referral Programs.
- Sourcing of top level candidates who are currently employed and may not be seeking a new opportunities. Such candidates will rarely admit they may be considering a career move as they fear it might jeopardize their current employment. When approached professionally and discreetly by one of our team they are often willing to explore new opportunities.
- All candidates referred to our clients have previously met with a member of the LVP team. They are presented to our clients in a profile format. These profiles contain a summary of our discussions with the candidate, a copy of their resume (unedited) and personal/professional references along with our recommendations regarding their suitability for the organization.
- Our professional placements come with a 90 day guarantee. Should the candidate voluntarily leave or be displaced from the position during the first 90 days after the placement is made, LVP will replace the candidate as per our terms and conditions. This guarantee may be extended to 180 days.
Consulting Services:
- It is always our recommendation that our clients use outside resources, no matter the level of expertise of their in-house HR/LR teams, to resolve issues such as investigations of sexual harassment, workplace respect and violence, discipline and perhaps most importantly termination and restructures. We compliment your in-house teams and work with them.
- Development and training of Policy and Procedure Manuals (policies including: drug and alcohol, cell phone, violence and sexual harassment etc).
- Working with your labour relations team on collective bargaining, discipline issues, arbitration preparation and attendance at arbitration hearings etc.
- Partnerships with key members of leadership teams to strategically plan growth/restructure.
Fees:
- LVP Executive Recruitment and Consulting Group is a contingency based recruitment firm. If you do not hire one of our candidates there are no fees due.
